The Christopher Joseph Concha Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization. We were founded in 2005 in honor of Christopher J. Concha and all infants like him, who have been or are admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.  The Foundation is committed to supporting those affected by premature birth.

Our mission is to provide support and education to parents with premature children, to raise awareness to the general public about premature births, and to support research into premature related illnesses. Christopher was a true fighter who never gave up.  He was given to us and to all of you for a reason.  Please cherish every minute you are able to spend with your child and hold those moments close.  We thank all the doctors and nurses who cared for Christopher, and want you to know you each are special.

We are members of the Healthy Moms Healthy Babies Coalition and the National Perinatal Association.
