One March 3, 2009 the United Church of God's ladies 'good works' program presented The Christopher Joseph Concha Foundation with 12 gift bags. The gift bags will be delivered to a local hospital in the Raligh/Durham area in North Carolina. Before the presentation took place, Co-founder Diana McAlister was able to speak to the ladies group about the history and future of the Foundation, Christopher, and about the importance of community involvement to help spread awareness about premature birth.
Our bi-annual gift deliveries took place during the months of December and January. We were excited to distribute a total of 750 bags to various hospitals across the US.
